  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika smoked paprika adds extra flavor
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
Optional Add-Ins (For Extra Flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • A pinch of chili flakes for heat
  • ½ teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

Essential steps:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Spoon cottage cheese into small mounds, about 1-2 tablespoons each
  3. Space mounds 2 inches apart – this is crucial as the cheese spreads significantly during baking
  4. Add seasonings if desired before baking
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until edges are golden and crispy
  6. Cool completely on the baking sheet to achieve maximum crispiness
